The low inducer voltage, faulty pressure switch, and improper combustion air supply can also lead to the situation.You should also check the inlet gas pressure (it may be too low) and see if the pressure tubing isn’t blocked. A defective inducer motor, improper vent sizing, and excessive wind make common causes. If it has been open for more than five minutes, the inducer will turn off 15 minutes after attempting to start. At times, even improper combustion air supply may cause the issue. Dirty/blocked duct systems, faulty capacitor/blower motor may also generate the problem. A loose blower wheel, blocked vent, excessive wind, improper vent sizing, or faulty connections could cause the problem.
The gas valve is faulty or has shut off. Oxide buildup on the flame sensor, so cleaning with fine steel wool may solve the issue. Here are the leading causes: When the flame signal is lost throughout the blower on-delay period, the blower will start for the appropriate blower off-delay.
Faulty pressure switch tubing connections or wrong pressure switch wiring could generate the problem. Water could be in vent piping, or a pipe could be sagging. You will need to see if the condensate drain isn’t plugged. CODE: 4-3The pressure switch calibration may be defective, and the code shows that low and high-pressure switch “make” points throughout high heat purge aren’t within the range of calibration. You will need to observe the wiring to the motor or see the manual for a better explanation. It may have also not started in the first 10 seconds after the heat request was sent.
When the pain appears independently, some undersized ductwork, blocked registers, or excessive static from a dirty filter could generate the problem. The problem develops together with fault no.41, so you also have to look at the motor. The furnace will switch to low or high heat mode if it’s possible. CODE: 4-4You may deal with a faulty blower calibration, and the code shows that the measured blower speed is under 250 or higher than 1300 RPM.
You will have to reset power for clearing lockout or replace control when the code reappears. Flame sense circuit failure, gas valve relay stuck open, and software check error could cause it.
